Let not mercy and kindness [shutting out all hatred and selfishness] and truth [shutting out all deliberate hypocrisy or falsehood] forsake you; bind them about your neck, write them upon the tablet of your heart.
So shall you find favor, good understanding, and high esteem in the sight [or judgment] of God and man.Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding.
In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths.Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil.
Do you get tired of trying to make sense of everything? I do too. The truth is, we never will. That is where trust in our Sovereign God comes in. If He is big enough to be the Creator of the Universe, then He is big enough for me to trust. It's not easy and just like you I would like to see things very different at times. I continue to come back my Heavenly Father with reverence and humility knowing that He loves me and I can trust Him. Today if you are having a season of hardship, hold on to His heart of love for you His very own child. Don't turn away, He will in His time straighten the paths. He is always Faithful!!!
