His Ears Are Open To Our Cry!

^{Psalms 34:15-19 ~ The Amplified Bible}

 The eyes of the Lord are toward the [uncompromisingly] righteous and His ears are open to their cry. The face of the Lord is against those who do evil, to cut off the remembrance of them from the earth.  When the righteous cry for help, the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their distress and troubles. The Lord is close to those who are of a broken heart and saves such as are crushed with sorrow for sin and are humbly and thoroughly penitent. Many evils confront the [consistently] righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

I love knowing that the Lord hears me when I cry to Him!  I need His help, don't you?  To know that His eyes are on us should bring much joy and also deep reverence and respect.  Who are we that the Creator of the universe keeps a watchful eye on us!  It is humbling and all together wonderful.  Let's remember today to give Him thanks and let Him know we are carefully listening to Him too!
