Live In Him!

Colossians 2:6,7 ~ The Message Bible

 My counsel for you is simple and straightforward: Just go ahead with what you’ve been given. You received Christ Jesus, the Master; now live in him. You’re deeply rooted in him. You’re well constructed upon him. You know your way around the faith. Now do what you’ve been taught. School’s out; quit studying the subject and start living it! And let your living spill over into thanksgiving.

I remember hearing a scripture when I was young that simply stated says that to whom much is given, much is required. It put the “fear of God” in me.  We certainly can't live what we do not know BUT what we do know, we are responsible for.  We can't plead ignorance, we can't blame others, we are accountable to walk the walk not just talk the talk.  I decided a long time ago that I am “all in”!  That doesn't mean I don't fail and miss the mark at times but my heart is 100% committed to running hard after Christ!  Let's run together and let's continually give thanks to our gracious Savior!
