What is living IN Christ? It is reaching the place of complete faith and trust. When you truly trust Him… you have entered into Him. Get this…TRUST is FAITH! TRUST is being committed to your FAITH! TRUST is living IN Him! Hebrews 11:1 (KJV) “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”
The NIV reads: “Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see.” The Amplified Version says it this way: “Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things we hope for, being proof of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality (faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses).”
Let me share what God recently showed me….Whining (to complain or protest in a childish fashion) to God is not faith! Making deals with God is not trusting God! That is called bartering. FAITH is simply TRUSTING that God will do what He said He will do. So I encourage you to know what He says about you and your situation. Get the WORD in you…it will tell you. Then you will be able to release your faith for God's response. Living IN Christ!!!
