The King of Kings has kissed mankind with the gift of salvation. In the words of a famous worship song, “The darling of heaven crucified, worthy is the lamb!” God SO loved the world that He gave His only son to die for us so that we can have eternal life!  At the top of the cross Jesus died upon it said “King of Kings.”

The definition of a “kiss” is to touch or caress with the lips as an expression of affection.  While OBVIOUSLY I am not saying that Jesus has literally “kissed” us what I am saying is that when we accept God’s gift, Jesus Christ, we are accepting His touch, his embrace. One touch “kiss” from the King of Kings changes our lives forever! We get to spend eternity in heaven and have peace in this life.

There was a woman in the Bible who understood the power of the “kiss.” Luke 7:37-38 says “And, behold, a woman in the city, which was a sinner… brought an alabaster box of ointment, And stood at his feet behind him weeping, and began to wash his feet with tears, and did wipe them with the hairs of her head, and kissed his feet, and anointed them with the ointment.”  When we truly accept salvation it will make a difference in our life.  We will seek for ways to honor the King of Kings in word and in deed.  We will not only accept His embrace but we will want to embrace Him.

So accept the “kiss” of salvation today @ http://www.jesussaves.cc

if you have already accepted forward this blog to all your friends!
