Walk In Him

Colossians 2:6,7 ~ The Amplified Bible

As you have therefore received Christ, [even] Jesus the Lord, [so] walk (regulate your lives and conduct yourselves) in union with and conformity to Him. Have the roots [of your being] firmly and deeply planted [in Him, fixed and founded in Him], being continually built up in Him, becoming increasingly more confirmed and established in the faith, just as you were taught, and abounding and overflowing in it with thanksgiving.

As we walk this journey of faith, it is imperative that we walk closely with Him. Nothing else will do as there are grave dangers along the path. We need His firm grip and direction for each step. His Word and His Spirit are always working in cooperation with each other to shed light on the steps as we go. Fixing our eyes on His purpose and ways will give us confidence that we are following Him. Draw near to Him today, He will surely draw near to you!
